Mahina Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Mahina Trust", "we") is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed via this website and app under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Data we collect

Name, email, the subscriptions, dates, cycles, notes and reminder settings you add, plus technical logs for security. Never card numbers, UPI IDs or PINs, bank credentials, SMS or contacts.

Purpose & consent

To run your calendar and reminders, respond to you and keep the service secure, based on consent given at sign-up — withdrawable at any time.

Sharing

Only with contracted hosting and messaging processors, and authorities where law requires. Never sold.

Your rights

Access, correction, completion, erasure, nomination and grievance redressal — privacy@mahina.monster. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Retention & age

Encrypted in transit and at rest; erased within 30 days of deletion. For users aged 18+.

Service

Mahina Trust is a free calendar for subscriptions you record yourself. It is not a bank, NBFC, payment aggregator or adviser and does not process, schedule or cancel payments or mandates.

Dates follow what you enter; providers may change them.

Liability

Provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for third-party charges.
